💡 Before anything else, you need to enable IMAP: without it, the connection will be impossible.
ENABLE IMAP
1️⃣ Open your Gmail account in the browser.
2️⃣ Click on "Settings" in the top right corner
3️⃣ Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
4️⃣ In the "IMAP access" section, select Enable IMAP
5️⃣ Click Save Changes
6️⃣ Choose “Gmail Account” (Free Account)
Before creating a password for Mailead, IMAP has been enabled through all email.
To connect Free Gmail Account, you will only need to create a password:

Or follow this step-by-step:
1️⃣ Click on Profile Picture
2️⃣ Click on Manage your Google Account
3️⃣ Go on Security Section
4️⃣ Click on “2-Step Verification”
5️⃣ Go to App passwords tab and Click on “App passwords”
8️⃣ Add app name “Mailead”
9️⃣ Click on “Create” button
8️⃣ An app-specific password will be generated. Please copy this password as Mailead will request it. After copying the password, you can click on "Done”
👉 Go back to Mailead
9️⃣ After adding your sending email account, paste the password you recently generated
🔟 Click on “Add email”
And voilà 🔥 your email is now set up in Mailead and ready for use.
⚠️ Be cautious:
Google imposes strict limits on free Gmail accounts to prevent them from being used for cold emailing. Their algorithms are effective at monitoring account usage. Conversely, G Suite accounts are subject to more lenient regulations. We recommend using G-Suite or Microsoft accounts for cold emailing. This issue is common across the industry, and even using other platforms or manual methods won't circumvent these limitations
