Create a separate workspace and invite team members

Invite team members to your workspace

You can invite team members to your workspace if you're on the Growth or Custom Enterprise plan.

You no longer need to share the same login with your team members to access the account since they can have their own credentials. If a person is already an Mailead user, this workspace will be added to their list. If they are not using Mailead, they will be asked to create a new account.

To assign a team member to a workspace, you may do the following steps:

  1. Go to Mailead Account Settings.

  2. Click on the Account tab and select Workspace & members.

  3. Invite a team member by entering their email address and choosing their role.

Roles in Mailead:

  • Owner of the account - has all the privileges, assigning the team members, deleting the account, etc.

  • Admin - has all the privileges, assigning the team members, deleting the account, etc.

  • Manager - manage the campaigns, access to Unibox

  • View /Read Access - has read-only access to all sections, and no editing or modification capabilities. Additionally, the user doesn't have access to Billing & Workspace section.

Note: If a person is already an Mailead user, this workspace will be added to their list. If they are not using Mailead, they will be asked to create a new account.


FAQ

Q: Can we have the same sending email accounts in more than 1 workspace?

A: Unfortunately, you cannot have the same sending email accounts in different workspaces.

Q: Can we share leads/campaigns/stats between workspaces?

A: No. We cannot share leads, campaigns, or stats between workspaces since they are strictly separated in each workspace.
